Apa Itu Detox?

Wah..semenjak 2 menjak ni dh jadi blog kesihatan nampaknya kan. Haha. Bagi laluan la yer.
Oke, kita salu duk ckp detox, detox ni kan. Apakah sebenarnya detox tu?

Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. It does this mainly by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymph and skin. However, when this system is compromised, impurities aren't properly filtered and every cell in the body is adversely affected. 

Sebenarnya detox ni bukan la macam satu program ke apa. Secara tak langsung mmg hehari pun kita detox. Dari proses pekumuhan pun dah dikira detox. Itu pun dikira 'cleansing' jugak kan. Cuma, cara tu lah. Cara men detox lah. Ada yg kata dia ber detox dgn pgambilan supplemen.

Utk aku, mmg simple je. Oleh krn aku mmg culas dan mmg tk pernah berdisplin dengan segala supplemen, aku opt utk diet detox dgn bhn semulajadi ja. Buah, jus, sayur. Kurang bahan kimia, ekonomi pula. Nak lagi senang utk detox adalah exercise. Lagi free je kan.

Also try Qigong, a martial-arts based exercise system that includes exercises specifically for detoxifying or cleansing, as well as many other exercises with specific health benefits.

Kalau utk org nk kurangkan berat badan pun mmg elok buat detox diet.
Boleh tgk sini utk makanan semasa detox diet. Mmg akan kurus lah kalau bbetul ikut. Dia suruh buat 7 days je. 
Dan sini pula utk makanan yg patut di avoid.
Mmg boleh turun berat badan ni kalau ikut. Huhu.

Apa pun, yang penting, kalau taknak detox bagai sgt pun takpe.
Tahu apa yg kita makan. Tahu khasiat dia. Elakkan makanan yg tak berkhasiat. Dan jgn byk sgt makan makanan yg proses, pengawet dan perisa tiruan. Kalau kita jaga pemakanan, kita juga kalau boleh minima kan pengambilan supplemen. Sepatutnya ambik ikut apa yg doktor nasihat.

Aku ni pun, baru ini lah datang kesedarannya pun. Ini lah hikmah bila diturunkan kesakitan ini oleh Allah. Moga istiqamah utk mengambil makanan berkhasiat. Insyaallah.
