{Juice Challenge} Let's get this party started!

We are going to drink one 8-20 ounce glass of freshly pressed juice at least once a day, in addition to our regular diet. (20 ounce bersamaan 0.591 liter)

It can be fruit juice.  It can be green juice.  It can be a great veggie juice.   It can even be a blended juice or a smoothie, if you don't have a juicer or just want to change it up a bit.  The shopping lists and recipes will be sent to you soon.  You can use mine or your own.

So that's it.  Drink one juice a day for 21 days starting on January 11th.  Sounds yummy, right? Yay!  If you want to kick it up a notch, drink 2 juices a day.  Now that would be superb (wink, wink).

Drink your juice whenever you'd like.

This challenge is flexible so that anyone can do this.  Some people juice and find themselves full so they don't want a meal- totally okay and cool.  Juicing can be your breakfast, lunch, dinner or super yummy snack.  If you don't like one of the recipes, no problem, make another that you prefer or one of your own.

Each week you'll be challenged to do at least two "juicy extras."

These are fun things you can do to expand your juicy life.  Challenge yourself to change up your recipes, try new produce and go outside of your comfort zone.  You never know what you'll like until you try it.  And if you don't like a recipe, that's okay.  Just don't make it again or try to tweak it to your liking.  Check out the juicy extras challenge checklist in the guide and I'll also give you some via email.

Jom la join uols. Ala, bukan apa pun... kalau dapat buat direct 21 days, Alhamdulillah.. tak dpt pun, takpe.. bukan kena denda. Sapa yang nak try juicing, atau baru nak start, mungkin boleh mulakan dengan ini. Fun nih sbb kita boleh tgk kat instagram n FB jugak sapa yg join juicing ni. Jadi, boleh la bertukar2 idea.

Lagi fun sbb skrg pun semua pakai smart phone kan. Update kat note je. Boleh tempek gmbr n resepi nya sekali. And for me, kalau rajin (dan istiqamah), akan di update jugak di blog :)

since my berat is melampau naik..
kembali membaca buku yg telah d beli hampir 2 thn lepas.. engine 2 diet.. dan die nye cara diet adalah plant diet... with no meat at all.. ikan pon xde...
masa tu dok bayang kan kekda nye juicing.. pasni nak usha entry2 jus2 kekda nih.. smoga ade kerajinan yg tgi.. aaamiiinnnnn
